-1 Link of Conecuh Sausage (or your preference)

-1 box of Fettuccine Noodles

-4-5 Tbsp of olive oil

-1/2 tspAdobo

-1 tsp paprika

-1/2 tsp oregano

-1/2 tsp onion powder

-1/2 tsp garlic powder

-1 Cup of Parmesan grated cheese

-1 1/2Cup of heavy cream

-1 Cup Chicken Stock (low sodium)

-1 tsp brown sugar

-1 tsp minced garlic

-3 tsp creole seasoning

-1 red bell pepper, diced small

-1 yellow bell pepper, diced small

-1 yellow onion, diced small

-Salt and Pepper to taste

-Parsley for garnish (optional)

Amount of meat depends on how many people you are feeding, this recipe feeds 4-5

 1. Cook noodles in med-high heat, add salt and leave for 8 min or until al dente. Strain, add cold water to shock noodles, and leave to the side. Add a LITTLE BIT of oil to prevent it sticking all together

 2. Add olive oil to pan, add shrimp (Recommend taking off tails prior to) add the pepper, oregano, adobo,   onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to taste and creole seasoning.

 3. Once shrimp is cooked off take it off pan and put to side in a bowl (Keep left over oil/seasoning in pan. This will enhance the flavors for the sausage and chicken)

 4. Cut sausages and add to pan, add oil if necessary. let it cook till fully browned on both sides and add to bowl on the side. (Leave the sausage grease in pan after you take it out the pan)

 5. Add the chicken to the pan with left over seasoning and sausage grease(this will enhance the flavor!) add pepper, oregano, adobo,   onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to taste and creole seasoning. BE LIGHT since the pan has left over seasoning. So only add if necessary or until you reached desired taste for the chicken.

 6. Once chicken is cooked fully, add to bowl on the side and leave the remaining seasoning, grease, etc that’s on the pan (this will enhance flavor for the sauce!!!

 7. Add 1 1/2Cup of Heavy Cream to pan with left over seasoning and grease. & 1 Cup of Chicken broth. And add your brown sugar and add your paprika. Mix well until it comes to a nice simmer. At this time add your cutup veggies, and cover so it can fully cook through. Wait about 10 min.

 8. Then Add 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese to sauce (this will thicken the sauce, add more if necessary) and continue to mix until cheese is fully melted. CONTINUE TO MIX. If left unattended for too long, cheese can stick to the bottom and burn.

 9. At this time, add your chicken, shrimp, and sausage to your sauce. Mix well.

 10. Once everything is evenly coated with the sauce, do your taste test to see if any additional seasonings is needed depending on your taste.

 11. Once desired taste is reached, add your noodles and parsley! Mix well and ENJOY!

I recommend to taste as you go, because your taste is of course to your preference! Also, if you want the sauce thicker just add more Parmesan, and keep it on low and mix until it’s nice, thick and melted. If not just add more heavy cream and chicken stock! Hope you enjoy it!
